Very disappointed with the service concerning the make-up and the hairstyle of the deceased. You did not attempt to reconstruct the photo of this woman. It was absolutely not her neither in hairstyle, nor in face that you did not refine. She wouldn't have liked it at all !!!! the way you prepared it.
