Very dissatisfied. A quilt filed as usual in this laundry. Recovered a few days after all "crushed" "flattened". So I called to express my astonishment and disappointment as the duvet was swollen before. The boss suggested me to bring her to wash again. Total failure. Nothing has done. I have a quilt in a sorry state. Which is nothing like the one I had before. I wonder if it's the same because the label on the side was not there! Bizarre! Duvet changed? Very very disappointed. I will not go back and do not advertise them !!!!
