Courteous and friendly staff

Probably a good bank if you already have money. But if you are unfortunate enough to be in a bad financial situation, expect to be judged without any form of scruples, here the bank is not there to help you but seems to do everything to get you into trouble. : One-way exchanges, no listening, threat of banking ban, lie taking advantage of the client's lack of knowledge of the banking system, of anything big. No humanity, you are only figures and if these are not sufficient, we will be able to tell you and repeat it every day on the phone, by email or by post. We ask for identifiers to access our personal space, because our "advisor" orders us to regularize our situation but these identifiers are invalid, and despite three trips to the agency, impossible to connect. However, the advisor seemed surprised when he received a registered letter asking for the accounts to be closed, he should have been "told him up front", because they are losing customers, they are becoming far more bizarrely attentive. Avoid at all costs.

We were very well received in this agency and particularly by Mr. Florent Doux whom I highly recommend. He was very responsive to my requests and always very pleasant. It's quite rare in banks to point this out

Go to the agency on a Saturday, there is no pencil to fill in the information to make a deposit of checks, and no paper to make a cash deposit.
