Extremely disappointed by the reception of the saleswoman, we must not forget that private customers do not have a perfect knowledge of your products. A little tact and friendliness would be welcome. For my part, I will henceforth go to the Orvault store where conviviality is omnipresent, and whose sales staff are attentive to their customers.
