when you are a pro no worries (and again I have been seen waiting at least 10 min when there were 3 employees of the seigneury to discuss over a coffee) when you are private it is not the same thing. with answers like "it is not my problem" ... because it is the customer's problem can be in saint herblain we are better received (for info the person who manages the particular is very pleasant the others much less )
