Moving is always a stage in life and brings its share of unforeseen events, questions and sometimes anxiety. With Jumeau removals, the collection / delivery of furniture and cardboard boxes is not one. The service is of high quality, it was provided by a powerful, efficient and super friendly team. Four gentlemen emptied our house, dismantling the furniture to reassemble them identically on arrival without the slightest clash. Their investment is such that despite 2 broken screws (furniture at the end of its life), they cobbled together a solution so that our bed could still be put up, we slept there the same evening! They even showed great patience with our little 6-year-old guy, convinced to be their essential help! Calling on them was our best decision, we enjoyed the service that was worth every euro spent.

Very nice commercial welcome, and attentive! This is an important point, which made me choose this company for my move. Good quality / price ratio which was verified during the service: well calculated volume, no bad surprises on the big day. Impeccable loading and unloading, team of movers: friendly, pro, voluntary, attentive to the customer. Good moving experience, it greatly alleviates the stress that one can have. A faultless!

Very friendly salesperson and above all attentive to our request, he did everything to offer us good value for money, moreover, the volume was perfectly calculated !! For the big day, the team was at the TOP !! Loading, unloading, everything was impeccable !! Dedicated, punctual, voluntary and efficient, frankly, ultra pro !!! Moving abroad, ~ 1000 km. Usually, I don't leave any comments but here, the exception is the rule! I wish everyone the same moving experience, a flawless one.

Disappointed with the particularly high price. We expected better. The boxes are thin and fragile, have been partially crushed. White cardboard with blue inscription that cannot be reused in the garden and recycled. Quite a few damaged things around the corner. Radiator, striped wood cabinet, wardrobe bottoms removed too brutally (my husband saw the method). On the other hand, the 2 people did their best to respond to our requests. For a big move, 2 people is not much. Fatigue and wear can lead to slackening of attention. Cardboard wardrobes are also fragile and crushed. The crushed boxes I'm talking about were not stored outside. I received a transfer of 160 euros to reimburse repairs to the doorbell system that was torn off by the legs of a sofa and for the plaster and paint on the office ceiling (it happens and I had none. not mentioned in my first opinion elsewhere). In no case for damage to furniture.

It's been months that I wanted to post my thanks to the team of movers Jumeau after hiring them for a move Netherlands - Rambouillet, I'm finally taking the time. Hyper satisfied with their services: very professional, adorable, punctual, in short, nothing to complain about. I highly recommend them!
