I have been at CIC since I was young and I changed because of the move "mistake I should never have come in this CIC" I closed my account after 3 months :) I went to this agency to withdraw money, (more valid card, so I was waiting for a new card from my agency), I go to the home, and this person m ' informs dryly without even trying to understand my problem, that she does not have any card "money" and "she can not do anything for me because there is no reception", ok I still say to myself an adviser who should not be happy to be at home but still it's not my pb besides, he asks me to call my other CIC agency to find out where I can withdraw money! in short I do not regret having closed my accounts in this agency! this agency is really incompetent, answer next to the plate and rude advisers! TO FLEE
