Unwelcoming if you just want a newspaper or magazine. No big choice on the press side and customers a little pepper on the edges, it does not look like.

On the press side, you have to be a regular at the counter to be well received, otherwise don't even wait for a hello. Trade is a profession ... As for the bar, I have not tested except the cigarette butts that consumers throw away anywhere on the sidewalk which has become a veritable open-air trash can.
