Hello we bought a BMW X4 in May 2019. we were presented to it in an underground car park so it was difficult to see the bodywork faults that were on it and although there are some !! but this is not the most serious we left with the vehicle and the departure steering rack problem !! there is for little 3000euro !! we contacted the seller (rudy) who assured us that he would take care of the repair as soon as we received the registration card (which we got 6 months later, by the way) and since then no news has responded to the phone and email address we had no longer exists !! it is not at all professional and if we continue to be unable to reach them we will be obliged to file a complaint and request the passage of an expert because the mechanic who looked at us told us that she had had a shock (something we obviously hid). We are very disappointed and disgusted !!!

Not serious and reliable. Pb occurred less than 3 months on our vehicle purchased by my companion in early 2019 and VSM has dragged the file to exceed the legal guarantee of 6 months. Silence radio since. Do not be fooled by the hype.

Hello, Am disgusted by my VSM experience. Once the vehicle is sold, after-sales service not worthy of a professional. I bought my Macan S in February 2019 and less than 3 months later and less than 4000 km driven, HS transfer case. They dragged me around, made me file a case at Porsche that lasted over 6 months and never came to fruition and now in December don't even answer the phone. My first Porsche experience was calamitous, the car is almost “roll-up” and I will therefore have to have the vehicle repaired at my expense.
