We were greeted on September 12, 20 very well with the seller Mr Guillaume. Very good, sympathetic seller and very good adviser. We came to learn more about the exclusive Honda Jazz hybrid that we plan to buy soon. We were able to test drive the car, which we really liked. Pending a final decision, we will come back to see it to close the deal.

I had put a first our very good since when buying our car in Loa the salesperson was very nice and it is very good to take care of us nothing to say and we are not disappointed with our car. However I am modifying my note since we broke down during our vacation we tried to reach our garage for an opinion. Unable to reach the workshop service nobody picked up. Salespeople only pick up the first time, make believe that they transfer the call but finally hang up systematically. And finally no longer answer when they are called back afterwards (unless you call with another number obviously). I find it unacceptable to make fun of customers like that!

When buying our used Jazz we had an excellent relationship with him; this one knew how to put us in confidence, kept its commitments in terms of deadlines and prices, its technical assertions proved to be correct (in particular the consumption and other cost prices in use etc) and I will recommend this gentleman as well as the Jazz
