Saleswomen much too oppressive! ! As soon as they arrive in the store they throw themselves at you. They offer their help several times despite a polite refusal on my part (also several times) because I took a look without a clear idea. And if you know the number of years of studies that I have done you will not dare to look in my eyes that a rude and ill-behaved saleswoman like you will teach me French which not only is not my mother tongue but that I am of English culture. Instead of worrying about your work, which is limited to selling and just SHUTTING, you missed an order of almost 100 euros and a loyal customer! Yet loyal to Etam stores for years, I was outraged by my last visit to Etam Créteil Soleil. Having wanted to bring back TryatHome articles (2 pajama pants), the saleswomen refused their return because they supposedly smelled of cigarettes. I then ask for explanations because no one warned us about possible odors in the no return policy. In fact, given that the articles can be kept for 12 days with us, we risk LIVE, in other words, MAKING THE CUSINE or possibly SMOKING if we wish. My companion and I left scandalized, insulted, embellished with a "goodbye!" »Cynical and contemptuous of the saleswoman who introduced herself as the assistant manager, and who had a smile on her face, absolutely indifferent to our problem, repeating ready-made sentences to us, making things worse instead of finding a solution or recognizing their wrong. (75 euros for 1 pajama pants .. the result of their incompetence was salty). I will never set foot in a Etam again and will advise against this brand to everyone around me. Too bad that the lack of professionalism of these saleswomen makes them visibly lose a lot of customers. Scandal.

However used to Etam stores and the quality of the reception, I was strongly disappointed with my support at the checkout when I came on Wednesday July 22. I wanted to try the "tryathome" and when I said not to have my phone with me, the cashier gave me an outraged look and started giggling with her checkout colleague saying I quote "incredible not to have your phone with you in 2020". I find this unprofessional at all and gives the brand a very bad image. I think Etam should not be represented by superficial and disrespectful people. I will no longer return to Etam de Créteil Soleil.
