Post Office

Poor customer service. Rude and condescending to clients. Lack information and Did not make effort to assist.

If 0 was possible it would still not be enough to express my dissatisfaction. I arrive at the post office at 4:55 p.m. to send a parcel, I am greeted by a very rude woman who tells me that the post office closes at 5 p.m. Very well it is not 5pm !! She closes the door in my face !! I understand that in these times it is not easy but we must also think about those who work. And a little politeness and sympathy would not hurt!

A Saturday in full containment, the postman leaves a notice saying that we are not there and that we have to pick up the (large) parcel in the post, for a paid delivery 15th it already hurts, then when you return to the post office a very rude lady tells you that if you do not have a pen you do not enter with incredible condescension, even asking me if I have permission to be outside and then make me wait on the side and close the door in my face telling me to come back on Monday, a lack of good manners and solidarity in these kinds of moments, but given the previous comments, it's like that all year.

Obliged to go get a small parcel of 20X10 that the postman decided not to put in my mailbox with PTT standards ?? Welcome to the post office in total indifference, cup of coffee in hand. Unjustified waiting like every time I have to go there.

Letter carriers are authorized to leave "transit advice notes" without even ringing or returning to drop off the parcels. Then, it becomes impossible to get them from the Post Office because it is closed during confinement. A height !! When it's open, you expect a lot and especially NEVER A SMILE. They are all mouthed. And when you want to make a complaint, impossible because it is the most complete anonymity. No response to complaint letters. THE POSTAL IS A SCANDAL OF PUBLIC DISENGAGEMENT IN COVID PERIOD !! Anyway it was never a public service worthy of the name.
