Bad experience with this bank I keep a bitter taste, after an interview for car loan application with Mrs. Anne laure Lemens (rather positive interview) I sent emails and called back several times to get an answer concerning the agreement of my ready in vain no one has been able to answer me until now. We had agreed to a telephone interview which was not respected by the counselor. I am very disappointed with the mutual credit. To flee without returning. Negative experience concerning me after opening a professional account. A liar advisor, who coaxed me into the services and prices to convince me to open the account, perhaps ... from surprise to surprise, from disappointment to disappointment should I say! No replies to the mail ... haughty staff. Bank that touts its services "bank to members, blah ..." I have rarely met so disrespectful to the customer. That's it, so I'm going to close my account after 6 months in this bank and I'm very happy!

The worst bank in my study, real estate loan for rental investment, I had to do with Mrs. Angevin, to flee, with a CDI and a joint self-entrepreneur stable and rising for 6 years and a debt ratio below 33 even 31%, no response, it's been 1 week and 4 messages left with phone number on each call, Ms. Angevin does not even bother to call back. After a request by phone to Crédit Mutuel for the opening of an account at the Fontainebleau agency, and the subscription of a student loan guaranteed by the state (without condition) - and where the adviser of the platform was very positive while chatting and praising the avant-gardism (I would rather speak of archaism personally) of Crédit Mutuel (and by crying in passing), a counselor (whose name I will not mention) was to remember but did not couldn't "because she didn't have the right phone number". I telephoned the agency to make an appointment as soon as possible, prepared all the necessary papers, and arrived at the agency, the counselor, very unfriendly, told me that she could not call me (as if it was my fault if the platform took my number wrong ...) and they will not open an account for me, do not have a BPI envelope (the loan - which is false after verification) and that they will not grant me a loan because "student loans are reserved for the children of former clients". Except that it is difficult to be a former customer if we are refused the opening of an account ... Same story on the CIC side next door, but it's the same bank at the same time. And thank you to Crédit Mutuel and the CIC for getting people around for this ... It does not make you want to work with them, the first reception is horrible, cold and unpleasant, all that to send us walking. A bank to flee!

If I hadn't been able to put any stars, that's what I would have done because the counselor I had was not only incompetent, but also haughty and unreachable. 10 days to reply to an email. I do not recommend this agency at all. I would never stay there again!
