After the CIC of Fontainebleau, the CIC of Avon: I thought that bad faith and antipathy could come from the Fontainebleau agency in particular, but it seems common to several CIC agencies, and even to CIC in general ... What good is it to advertise it, it's just a bank to run away from! I phone to get some information, I come across an advisor who is a priori sympathetic, but who quickly asks me if I am a client and when he learns that not, he immediately changes his tone. I then request information for the purchase of an unconditionally guaranteed state student loan, then the advisor asks me questions about my income. I tell him that said loan is notably without means test, and the adviser suddenly tells me "oh no we don't do it anymore" (which is false after verification). When I pointed out to him that their policy is not very correct and that we cannot all have full bank accounts, he said to me "I will take your lesson into account next time". Because yes, the advisor's answer (and opinion) was given only by extrapolating from my income and my student status. A shame ! It’s very sad that a bank that advertises so much, especially to support young people and students, confines itself to the only resources that will arrive. Because if today a student is not the best client, it can change the day he works. CIC, and Crédit Mutuel since they go hand in hand, really gives the impression of being a bank for wealthy people and throwing more modest clients like plague victims. It’s pathetic and contemptuous! A bank to be avoided absolutely, that promises and nothing behind if it is nonsense and nastiness!

I have been dealing with the two Agency Directors since I have been a client there (Mrs Rig ... and today Mr Lai ...), They have always been attentive and available. Both very reactive and efficient (last request: obtaining a loan for the purchase of a second-hand vehicle during the day ...) In addition, they are involved in the community life of Avon. I recommend this Agency!

Very bad experience with this bank. We made a loan less than 2 years ago and decided to take advantage of a better offer in another bank = customer freedom. The Avon CIC charges for this decision by refusing to transmit documents and invoices the same service 4 times. We will definitely not stay and if this continues we will approach the competent authorities to assert our rights. Ineligible

It was long before. It's good when you have an advisor for years, who really knows us with whom we can talk. Changes in adviser, including one for transfer, but astonishment I crossed it at the reception desk during one of my last visits, ... A bank that lies, astonishing will tell you!
