A real professional

I do not like at all personal undrinkable

The seller is professional and friendly, however after making more than 500 euros of purchases and noticing the next day that one of the clothes had a defect (the fabric was fraying in one place) I asked to be reimbursed. Impossible according to her to make a refund, so I asked the manager who did not want to make the slightest effort. Despite my explanations to say that I could not iron for a long time they remained frozen on their decision and offered me a simple voucher (I will not be back until next year!). In a store that claims to be this personable I am amazed at this commercial poverty.
