Great service recently, friendly accommodating staff and they don't speak too fast (helps when you're not fluent in French) and they use clear explanations.

The team is great and efficient..I have been taking care of my cat Felicia for 13 years and always a very warm welcome and care which could cure her of her hyperthyroidism .. the young lady is doing very well 😻🙂

A little over a year ago, I arrived at this clinic with Ti'Coal, a sick kitten who could have gone there. He was barely 330g and 3 weeks old. After several meetings and many tips, the danger and worry are over. I return to this clinic regularly to follow up on my cat who is doing very well today. The staff at this clinic are caring, attentive and passionate. I have complete confidence in their skills and abilities to care for animals as well as to respond to owners' concerns. I recommend this veterinary clinic for both their professionalism with animals but also for their kindness and courtesy as well as their kindness towards both animals and humans

On 11/14/2020 I called on them because I had adopted a kitten of around two months and I wanted a dewormer. They told me that it was not possible to have a dewormer without a consultation with the cat so I did a consultation the same day because I had no other choice. The vet administered a STEONGHOLD 15 mg (drop) antiparasitic drug behind the stroke as a dewormer. This product has the specificity of causing light to moderate hair loss in 1 in 100 cats. I did not know it .... 15 days after my kitten had a severe irritation where the vet gave her Stronghold. I came back a few weeks later and I explained my situation to them, they did not recognize their mistake and I had to pay for a healing cream (Dermaflon) under their advice but without effect ... We are 01/01/21 and the my kitten's situation is getting worse by the day. he scratches himself with blood behind his head. I just wanted an oral dewormer and now have a sick cat that is getting blood all over my apartment from this cabinet. I am writing this review to avoid other people finding themselves in my situation because I find it deplorable
