It takes me 6 months to get an refusal answer for a loan application, unbelievable! The worst is, my consultant just left the bank, without following my case. Everything is very slow except they want to charge you unwanted charges.

I have never received such horrible service from a bank. I've been waiting for my checkbook for 1 month, advisors cannot be reached directly but only through a general customer service platform, no one ever apologises , it's a complete joke when they say they care about their client's satisfaction, shame on you!

Awful service! They have no consideration for customer's needs. I've been a HSBC customer in other countries. This is the worst of all. The relationship manager is particularly bad. He takes no responsibility and never delivers anything he promised. Do not go to this bank if you don't want a lot of additional stress in life.
