I just found out that my home insurance policy was canceled by mistake a year ago. After spending an hour on the phone with them, they suggested that I rewrite a contract with the precision (after my numerous insistence) that this contract would correct their cancellation error. The contract sent does not contain this precision, so I had to call them back, insist on having this precision, the answer on the phone was again yes, no answer to my emails, apart from the acknowledgments of receipt and reminders so that I sign the new contract. I find that disrespectful above all, it lacks professionalism, the relationship with the client being laconic in the sense that suits them. I'm just going to change insurer.
