Boursorama Banque

Tried to open a bank account as a EU resident. Sent documents online, via post and via e-mail. They refused to understand me speaking clear English and offering other means of communication (even tho it is clear that they understand what I am saying). Haven't received any other information than i am BANNED for being non-french

It is impossible to open a bank account if you are not french and you have never worked. They make you send everything by ordinary mail and every time there is something wrong, you must send it again. When you call them, they do not offer solutions and just tell you that you did it wrong, even though they admit they do not have your papers in front of them. Not only they are RUDE, but they make the process of opening a bank account extremely complicated. It is funny considering that you are going to put your money there... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

great customer service, rates and reliability.

The user interfaces is terrible, customer support is terrible and they charge you 15 euro if you don't use your card for a month. I've never seen this before. Highly unrecommended!

The worst customer service I have ever encountered with a bank. Apparently this bank does not value its customers or welcome new potential customers. The application process was over complicated, different customer service reps saying different things, unwilling to help and generally have a system that is completely backwards. I would steer clear of this bank and I would not recommend it to anyone. The staff adopt a typical Parisian attitude and forget that they need customers to pay their wages.
