Very disappointing experience with this company. In order to acquire a Range Rover Evoque, after a first contact on my part (normal so far): - I have to run fishing for information to recover any basic documentation (maintenance booklet, technical control, photos, etc.) after multiple reminders where I am promised each time to send me the documents "in the evening", - Despite showing my motivated approach (by having a bank check produced, by ensuring that I can make the 550 km journey that separates me from Boulogne-Billancourt within 24/48 hours, etc.), I am not given more information on the arrival of the vehicle in their establishment (because it was in another concession before theirs, which is not a problem) so that I organize my trip and I had to contact again Mrs. DESPREZ to tear off the information (of course once the vehicle is already there), otherwise I would still not have it, - Finally, last but not the least, after having hoped to be able to acquire this vehicle for a little over a month (in vain), I am informed in a vulgar SMS that "the vehicle was reserved 30 minutes ago "whereas the manager himself (M.
