I put my car on Thursday at 9:00 am for an overhaul, I was told, you will be called back during the day to collect your car. I didn't receive anything and when I got around (by public transport, because they didn't give me a replacement car) I just found them closed, and it's even before 6:00 p.m. And since it's a long weekend, I won't have my car until next Monday, so 4 days without a car! I believe that the least characteristic of Professionalism is to be punctual and to communicate well with its clients.
