Mercedes-Benz & smart - Como Boulogne

The team was very friendly and everyone was customer oriented. I was very much sutisfied by the visit but a week after on my way to Deauville I found that the problem I had was not solved at all. It was the second authorised service after Mercedes Longchamps that failed to fix the issue. Finally independent service station in Deaville managed to help me. So I was very much disappointed by Mercedes service mechaniciens' professional level.

The customer is very well received, the team is very nice, very punctual and answers questions precisely (the workshop as the sales department). My smart was washed after the service, it was shining !! in short, I recommend them to you +++

Spent today for a tire change, I have been a customer of this garage for more than 3 years and I have to pay particular praise to a member of this team called BEN! It is so rare to come across people so focused on customer satisfaction, with an always warm and benevolent welcome, that I wanted to take a minute of my time to write this review! BEN is for me the centerpiece of this garage, and it is he who keeps me loyal to this address for a long time! Bravo again and Thank you BEN for your professionalism!
