Excellent welcome during a busy weekend. Quick support by a sales representative who took the time to present the vehicle to us. He even offered us a test drive when we did not have an appointment. A real sense of customer service.

An extremely warm welcome worthy of a palace, super kind! I was greeted by Mehdi and really he is very professional and knows his job perfectly! Obviously DS seeks quality before quantity of its agents, it is a successful test :)

SCAM Garage to AVOID! Presentation of the estimate for a revision of 120,000 km + disc brake pads + rear shock absorbers, which I accept. When the car is still in the garage, I am called to inform me of the change of certain additional parts (not included in the initial estimate). Later I am called back and asked to give my consent for new parts to be changed, this time I refuse. Note no empathy from the person on the phone, you are seen as a wallet! When I get my car back, disasters continue. One hour of appointment is given to me but we are about ten customers to wait for the reception of our vehicle and the garage closes there is only one person for the customer reception. I only hear complaints from other customers. There is a real lack of organization and rigor. Once taken care of, the person could no longer find my file. Then 20 minutes later, she manages to get her hands on a semblance of a file and shows me the bills that she reads to me quickly. I take the time to read the whole thing and I did well. Many errors were present in the invoice: DOUBLE INVOICING on several lines, payment of certain services which had been offered to me during the estimate established by the salesperson !!!! The person makes me understand that there is nothing she can do and checks with the manager. So I still easily wait 10 minutes. She had to do it 3 times to get me an invoice without error! I recover my unwashed car and damage. A few weeks later I received a message on my answering machine telling me that there was a manufacturer recall and that I had to leave my car in their garage! Without any other information, it was therefore my client to call for more information. Having already had this bad experience and the way in which the recall was announced to me (without email, or mail etc ...) I decided to find another garage without informing anyone. The DS never called me back, so the customer service is also DEPLORED! I therefore choose to go to the DS garage in Vélizy, which I recommend! A very professional and rigorous welcome! I explain my situation and the employee falls naked when he sees my quote, he explains to me that the service is expensive for what has been achieved. Moreover, he does not understand this famous reminder because it is not the standard means of communication and my car is much too "old" to be recalled! He looks via the DS database and of course my car did not appear in any manufacturer recall and tells me that the DS in Boulogne is not clear with this story! So I let it go and that only feeds my DISGUSTING towards DS boulogne B.! THE SCRAP continues: 1 year later I do my overhaul at another garage that no longer has confidence in this one. The mechanic tells me that my discs and pads are very worn, that my belt is not changed, that my filter is adaptable and not the original (yet having paid the original price as indicated on the invoice) and that my shock absorbers do not seem to have been changed a priori. These statements will be confirmed during the technical inspection a few weeks later = discs and pads to change !!!! Something for which I paid 1 year ago ... I know the duration of these so-called consumables and I do not pretend to be a pilot either! So in the end with all of these feedbacks from competent people not like that of this DS Boulogne garage, it comes down to concluding that I PAYED for a service and left my car in the garage for nothing ... NO MAINTENANCE HAS BEEN WAS ACHIEVED! I wonder if they at least opened the hood .... the PARKING costs are expensive! I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST. Surprising only twenty opinions for such a large garage, no? Removal of negative opinions ... My vision of things is very clear, NICE SCAM!
