Very warm welcome, kind and pleasant saleswoman

No size in this shop ... or we explain that parts are rare and that it will be difficult to find 3 models of the collection ... then we explain that you can pass the model which is 3 sizes in below yours ... the big thing ... incompetent salespeople who do not want to come back

I’m a huge fan of IKKS. I shop all year long at this store. At Christmas, I take the opportunity to make this brand known around me by making my gifts. But this year, it's been twice that I have been greeted by a saleswoman, apparently new, who has been obnoxious. She doesn't look at you when we talk to her, and her behavior doesn't look like that kind of store at all. So I left the place without buying my gifts. I went to other shops. How is it that the management does not realize that this woman should take sales courses. And politeness.

Pretty brand but few sizes available and few salespeople in this shop is expected to be better considering the price of items ...
