Poor reception quality! If I conceive and fully agree with the barrier gestures linked to the Covid 19, I do not admit to being infantilized and scolded like an 8 year old child! Let’s explain, my husband and I are going to this men's store. My husband wants to try on pants and goes naturally to the cabins. I keep looking on the shelves and then, a few minutes later, wait for him near the cabins. I do not notice that a poster the size of a simple A4 sheet placed several meters from the entrance to the cabins, explains that they are closed. Also note that the cord posts were placed on the side instead of barring access. In short, the try-in ban was not very clear. One of the sellers, who later claimed to be the store manager, said hello and asked if he could help me politely, I was waiting for my husband. He is surprised And asks me where is my husband? I show him the cabins and there he looks at me with a haughty air limit to yell at me but you can't read? It's forbidden! I reply that I have not seen the poster and that it is not me who is in the cabin. In the meantime, another, much nicer seller approached the cabin where my husband was, to report the ban. The latter told him that he was going to get dressed straight away. For me the incident was over, I go back to the shop and come back to the cabins where my husband was going to go out. It is then that the pseudo manager comes back to charge me with an assault. Where is your husband? I answer him in the cabin, he gets dressed. The seller gets angry and goes to the cabin where he opens the curtain wide! Fortunately my husband came out. I pointed out to him that these were not manners and that we did not have to be treated like that. The guy didn't even flinch and left without answering me. My husband went to see him asking him for the manager of the store. He replied that he was the manager. I am in the recruitment sector and I have been a salesperson for many years and frankly this gentleman really does not have the skills to be in this position and even to be a sales consultant! It gives a poor image of the brand. Ok to enforce safety rules but not disrespect! We went to spend a hundred euros elsewhere where the vendors advised us and indicated upon our entry that the cabins were closed. If this gentleman acts in this way with the other customers, then I wonder how much the shortfall from Zara Man to Boulogne Billancourt is!

Shop nice, spacious, tidy BUT we expect too much in the box, always a person in the box ... Other vendors worked in the shelves and did not even come in reinforcement, they have their tasks to perform too, certainly but it is not by helping 10 min in checkout that their work will be less well done! It is tragic to say that but the checkout must be as short as possible ... To meditate then; )
