After a visit to the velizy store where I could not find an item, the saleswoman of this store told me that it was available in the Boulogne store. I decide to go to Boulogne to buy my item. When I arrived at the Boulogne store, I did not have a mask and I kindly explained to the saleswoman that I had come from Velizy to buy an item they had but that I had lost my mask. The saleswoman explains the situation to the store manager. The manager of the store refused to give me a mask. I sincerely wonder how a store manager can have such little business sense. I have decided not to purchase my item. I have been a customer for years but I will not be anymore ... some are made for another profession but certainly not the trade !!!

I love the brand but the reception in the Boulogne Billancourt store is disappointing unfortunately.
