From the Brest region, I am very happy to have discovered the different breads and other delicacies !!! Including the Melen and the burnished! I will also book for this weekend to be sure to be able to taste this weekend to my entourage!

Visitor of normandy in search of market we made the detour by that of Ergué-Gabéric. While strolling in the 10 small stand we came across the one of the bakery which grateful was very well presented with a nice panel of bread and various small greediness, very interested we bought an old-fashioned baguette, a bun with sesame and a fougasse with olives, we passed the hand on the price claiming that it was all the same organic. Returning in the evening we threw ourselves on the bread to enjoy it with a delicious fish and there began our mishap, the bread was hard as wood and the crumb so dry that even the sauce was not enough to do it, for dessert we wanted to catch up on the brioche with a beautiful carabon even found the brioche missed cruelly taste and the crumb still dry and to finish the fougasse, which I must admit I made the mistake of wanting the To reserve for the next day was a small crust block almost impossible to cut. In short, sorry to say that but I made several bakery and frankly this one disgusted me we risk neither taking back nor advised. Thank you for your attention.
