I regularly go to the Géant Quimper store with my two young children. I note that vehicles from the BTR company are systematically parked in the reserved “family” places. This disrespectful and uncivil mindset is totally deplorable and must be representative of the consideration that this company must have of its customers.

The honesty of the advisor then amazed us: he told us that a treatment was unnecessary for these mushrooms (unlike one of its competitors told us), and that we simply had to ventilate as often as possible. This free advice has saved us a hell of a lot of money! More than a year after the advisor's visit, we are still calm, without the problem of mushrooms!

We asked BTR29 to treat our frame on which had been found traces of wood parasites, Indeed we recently acquired our house with a parasite diagnosis in order which signaled this anomaly and which advised a treatment without urgency. Their response time, with an estimate of around 600 euros, as well as their intervention were particularly rapid. However, when they came, a bad surprise almost had to be done over the whole frame because apparently all the beams were weakened, this time with an estimate of around 3200 euros. We therefore requested several other opinions because the amount of this repair seemed particularly high. They confirmed to us that it was ideal to double a single beam, which makes the work to be carried out much more acceptable, both in terms of inconvenience and financially. This company had also recommended us an antifungal treatment "against cubic rot" and although we do not intend to accept the 2nd quotation we have requested them to carry out this additional treatment. It was also stipulated on the initial estimate that the company had to dispose of the waste and in particular the deposited glass wool, which cluttered our entire garage. Despite 4 follow-up emails, we have not heard from the company other than sending the invoice in connection with the initial estimate, in the absence of evacuation of the debris from the work we requested and obtained a reduction in the invoice in relation to the work not done. In the end, we had to evacuate several cubic meters of waste even though we were not equipped for it and with the time needed between the different mails, our garage could not be used for several months when it is essential in a area where parking lots may be remote. Finally, the antifungal treatment has still not been carried out in the absence of a response from a company which nevertheless seemed perfect on all the opinions present on the internet to date. We hope that this second opinion, rewritten following a firm dispute from the company raised, may be useful to other people.
