Fast and clean service, pleasant staff

Nice staff. Delay a little long to recover (a week) linen (sheets) and ironing very average flat sheets (many folds). Very good prices with the loyalty card (paid for the year) which drops 10% the original price.

Dishonesty: to flee! I request a quote for carpet cleaning: 15.01 E for 0.67x1.40 m2 My wife carries the carpet and pays ...... 22.40 E !!!! ..... By recovering the product I am told: - you do not have a ticket justifying a quote .... - I remember well but ... you asked for advice (sic) - I inquired and "we cannot invoice less than 1 m ......" (the information was taken when? 1h after my 1st visit?) No excuses. No credit ..... So NO CONFIDENCE to give to such a "company" which "taxed" me by + 50% !!!!!

Bad experience on a handmade silk scarf put back unstitched on one side. No labor inspection carried out. The work was handed over disjointed with hanging wires. No proposal was made afterwards (neither repair nor commercial gesture). We will not go back because we do not trust.
