Casino Tranchant Pau

I tried to enter the Casino de Pau tonight at 10pm to play poker. Although this is not written anywhere on their website that you cannot enter without, I have been asked an ID, which I presented and got told that this is not a valid ID. I have been playing poker in many casinos around the globe and this is the first time ever that I got asked an ID to enter a casino and second that my Federal and valid driving licence is not an acceptable ID. The staff was absolutely not helpful, unapologetic and they were rude. This behavior is unacceptable and is certainly giving the impression of an amateur and sloppy business !

I would go here after games, to just relax, eat a really good meal or have a drink with friends, the diabolo fraise is really good! Also Salsa night is really fun here.

Sometimes I go and try a few casino games with friends. We are never disappointed. Positive points: - The rooms are large and spaced and above all they are spotlessly clean. The machines are also spotless every time. - The staff are always pleasant and there if necessary. - There are really a lot of different machines and types of games. Big + Cons: - None I highly recommend!

I enjoyed playing in this setting where the sanitary rules are at the same time safe, chic and discreet. I saw plexiglass and hydroalcoholic gels everywhere from the entrance but their arrangement is easily comfortable and I was surprised to realize that I had totally forgotten their presence after an hour at the gaming tables. .

A very beautiful casino, spaced out, a lot of different machines which makes it possible to never wait and to vary the pleasures. The service is pleasant and like any good casino makes you want to stay. In short, very satisfied, I will come back to it.
