Excellent and friendly service, situated in a very beautiful environment.

Beautiful property, relaxed elegance, and VERY professional staff. Nice chateau restaurant, comfortable/modern rooms, and a beautiful spa. Our great visit started even before we arrived; the airline had lost my luggage and we were on a road trip in France so we had the airline deliver it to the hotel a few days before we checked-in. The hotel was so professional, tracked the bags and notified us that they received them. Once we arrived we had some foie gras we'd purchased and they brought some delicious bread straight to our room. What amazing service, so professional!!! Thank you! It's a nice mix cuz the spa is rustic, the chateau is a wonderful place to eat and the rooms are very comfortable. Highly recommend for a quick getaway from Bordeaux with all the comforts of a modern hotel.

A wonderful place with uniquely styled guestrooms.

Enjoyed a preselected dinner with colleagues here. Ceasar salad as starter was excellent, rest of the courses was great as well. Service was good.
