Great help, when I needed. Only if I knew french, it was going to be so much easier...

On Monday June 15 at 10:30 am, I found myself behind a huge line and then once entered behind people who did not know how to use the only postage meter, because no staff wanted to move from their counter. No more registered packing slip, these people left without having the opportunity to send their letter! I was then able to send my package, but in total it took me 2 hours !!! The staff of this post is incompetent, understaffed and they completely ignore the very many customers who wait outside for hours ... The competition has a bright future ahead of it!

Unfortunately this office is cursed, 40mn to withdraw a letter with 3 people in front of me! , 1 person who works and the 3 others gossip and in addition allow themselves to parasitize the only one who works! Automatons broken down but this does not concern them, the parcel delivery man regularly blocks the avenue or the dead end and nothing bothers them. Is there a manager in this agency or is it a cooperative of civil servants? in short "Agence Catastrophe" a shame for a town like nogent sur marne with 33000 inhabitants
