Having 1 dog and 2 cats I am a "good customer" of veterinarians. I was not disappointed with the practice of Dr Nobili and Baert whom I met in July 2019 and June 2020 respectively. However, I bitterly regret having trusted this clinic to have taken advantage of a consultation to buy the Seresto collar for my dog. It lasts 8 months, as much to say that I don't know the price by heart! But to sell it twice the price practiced everywhere else (60 €), there I call that theft. Contrary to what Dr Baert supported me on practices within the clinic, the receptionist never advised me to go buy it "online" or asked if there was any urgency for me to buy it from them. The 2nd young person at the reception however seems to know the subject because she has arguments all found when I asked for the reimbursement of this article (which of course was refused the Covid a good back), wherever it is sold € 30 see less is that ... these are fakes !!! So much bad faith is extraordinary! Dr Calvet (Alouette pharmacy) who sells them for 28 € will be delighted to learn that there is counterfeit !!

The veterinarian tells us that he does not have one by scanning it, tells us that he cannot keep it and that we can bring him to the spa for abandonment .... it was a bit hard to hear from him from a veterinarian we decide to help this poor dog and contact social networks and an association (which is better than the spa). The association finds us a host family and result in going to another veterinarian he found his chip without problem and therefore his owners ... what a waste of time for poor Loulou who had to live two traumatic days because this veterinary clinic na not sure to scan his chip.
