It was terrible visit !!! Never !!! Never again !!! Doctor spoke with me about price after I see 20 Euro more and I don’t know for what !!! so I try to speak that I don’t understand why!!!?? But If i don’t pay she will call to police. And she told me that if I don’t have 20 Euro for my animal I don’t need to buy animals !! But I spend more than 20 Euro in this clinic!!! 100 Euro I pay and I still don’t know why she is sick !!!Terrible terrible no respect , only for rich people I think !!!Ps . All my life I have animals and I visit different clinis , never problem like this time I am still in shock!!!

Very friendly and helpful

I have been a client for several years, for monitoring rats. The veterinarians and the staff of the clinic have always shown a real consideration for the animals and for me even taking the time to detail the possible options and their prices without pushing for a relentless therapeutic. The accompaniment when it came to putting one of my rats to sleep was sincere and helpful. The current working conditions make interaction with veterinarians difficult, but follow-up is well assured by e-mail and telephone. Thank you for your professionalism.

Professional team who accepted my rabbit urgently on a Friday evening. They did a nice gesture by giving me a discount of 50 € on my final bill and we thought of calling the usual vet to keep him informed.
