This garage is to be recommended. We bought a used car to send it to Tunisia. The team has been professional. The complete file was given to us. The car was registered in Tunisia very quickly because the file provided was complete. I recommend this garage very strongly.

Terrible experience ... I had tires delivered to this garage which was on a list of fitters approved by the tire dealer. First of all, although they had received my tires, they were unable to find them, then never available to make an appointment, then when the appointment was finally made it was just as quickly canceled by them. Afterwards, they weren't sure they could fit my standard tire size. On the day of the appointment, they confuse my vehicle with that of another brand ... Ask me to come back after an hour and finally take two hours to fit 4 tires. The icing on the cake, when paying, they impose a charge of 24 € including tax on behalf of COVID19 to return the vehicle. A rare incompetence and questionable procedures ...

It multiplies by 3 the price compared to the others and it replaces parts which are not to be replaced. But other than that he does a "good job". Beware

I share my experience with Carel Automobiles following the purchase of a used vehicle to export it to Tunisia, everything went well, professional staff, no surprises compared to the vehicle, concerning the papers they took in take care of all the administrative procedures (provisional registration, insurance, export procedure with the forwarder) I highly recommend.
