Odious saleswoman, who greets you on the phone for a personal conversation. Neither a hello, nor a thank you, nor a goodbye. We had to wait for long minutes before she decided to serve us, yet I'm 9 months pregnant ... Really a shame because we love your pastries but this lack of professionalism has sincerely cooled.
