An extremely incompetent company, not to mention the man on the switchboard. I placed an order on a platform working with this transport company and as much to say that they have a sense of organization with absent subscribers. The delivery man told me for the first time that he had come by and rang the intercom but that we would not have answered while we were at home. They tell us to come back in the afternoon but we stayed at home without them coming back. I called the platform which tells me that they did not have time, thank you for warning me. This morning rebelotte, I had an appointment in the morning but no one shows up, so I always call the platform which tells me that they did not take the package because they did not have time. No excuse, they don't warn, it's just terrible. I don't know if the switchboard operator or the organization is the worst. In the meantime, I still haven't received anything. Good luck

Incompetent would be a nice word to describe their performance.

First delivery appointment canceled. Second delivery appointment: still nothing and the delivery man who pretends not to have seen my name on the intercom. Third day no news. Fourth day, finally delivery 2 hours late and my delivery in poor condition. Standart lamentable no excuse no explanation. I strongly recommend
