terrible experience!!!! i just left the shop 5 min ago, 10 min before closing because i was told i could not try the clothes! 10 minutes before the shop closes !!!! i was advised that i should get clothes without trying since i have the possibility to change them!!! I almost felt like it was a privilege for me to spend money there and not their duty to sell

One of my favorite stores for clothes shopping. A "luxury" brand of the H&M brand, COS is a brand which offers very beautiful clothes and which presents an excellent quality / price ratio (the best quality / price ratio with Uniqlo). Few synthetic clothes and a lot of clothes made from natural materials which is a very good thing. Store located at the level of the cobblestones very close to the city center and the cathedral. The place is great, but so is the interior of the store. The store is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly, helpful and helpful. I came to buy a parka, I was well advised and left with a navy blue parka. As for the parka, it is just as aesthetic as it is technical. It is comfortable to wear while keeping warm without suffocating inside. She's really great. I really recommend!

It is a pity that we cannot try on the clothes. It is a barrier to buying when the majority of stores have an organization to allow their customers to have fun.

In July 2020, I was the victim of facies offense. The store refused me access to the store I specify: It was 6:35 pm, the store closed at 8:00 pm, I was masked, there were few people in the store, around 5. The manager recognized a store error, but to this day I am expecting an apology from the store manager. I will go and file a complaint because I find that unacceptable. Run away from this store.
