Zero reception! Not a sample nothing for a purchase of 90 € of purchase. And fake smiles

I was recommended the # Kiehl's brand, so this Friday I went to the store to ask for some advice and maybe buy some products. Unfortunately the reception was terrible. The seller did not offer to do the skin test (it had to be asked after 10 minutes of questions about the products, almost without answers). The lady suggested I go to the site and find the information there. At the end I asked for the samples to be able to decide and I was given (really reluctantly) 2 small sachets of the same product by sending me again on the internet to read). It doesn't make you want to go back. Pity !

Very well received by Dominique as each of my visits, good advice, new products discovered through the samples. Great availability. Thank you so much. I recommend.
