Very, very disappointed with the customer service I received after having bought a 190€ pair of shoes! I went there for the first time to buy a pair of shoes for work. I found a nice pair of black shoes at a price of 190€. The store manager advised me to buy a 9,5 US size, even though I told her I’m used to wear 11 US size and that the pair I’m currently trying seems to be a bit too small for my feet. The manager told me that it’s normal and it will loosen up after wearing them few times. Guess what: it didn’t. I had bad feet blisters for several days just after wearing them once. I came back in the store 3 more times, as they recommend me to give them the shoes so they can loosen them with a machine. After 2 attempts, it wasn't enough, and wearing them was still a pain. The store manager said she was not able to help me and since I already wore them, they cannot do something anymore for me. It is so frustrating to buy shoes, specially when they are expensive, that you cannot wear because you received wrong advices received from the store manager. I would not recommend that store to anyone anyone, so disappointed! I just hope no one will have to experience that situation and get such a bad treatment.

After a laborious reception, they took very good care of me. Finally a frank saleswoman able to tell you that such a model does not suit you!
