Here are years that me and my family attend this pharmacy and today I come out VERY disappointed and angry. I come back with an order that I was given because it was missing a box on both prescribed and I learn that I was charged both boxes. The man insinuates that it is false because it seems that one should have given me a paper, which I never knew the existence obviously. Since the number of years that I attend this pharmacy I have never kept a prescription that no longer served me and I never sought to "stole" drugs and that the staff knows it well. In the same minute, the pharmacist says to his colleague "anyway we have more boxes behind", then it tells me that I can advance a box. Where is the logic? if I'm not mistaken sir would be at the head of this place and although it is the one who has been the most unpleasant, dry and scornful tone I will call him even haughty, who prefers to tell his colleague what she must tell me as if I did not exist when I was three steps away from him. More than memory it was him that had served me that day, telling me that the other box he would have the next day, must I apologize for having a professional life and not having been able to pass the next day ? And whatever the reasons for a hindrance, we do not charge a second box if it has not been delivered. The worst thing is that at the same time I give a second order or I had the same worries about a box that was missing, as luckily it did not take so-called paper so I could get it . If I allowed myself in my business to charge two items to a customer for the price of one I do not think he will come out delighted, let alone if I insinuate that he's lying and he's trying to get a article for free. The mistake is human, but when one works in the medical one avoids, and even if one can no longer repair it, one remains credible and friendly especially with people who come regularly for years. I will have no interest in lying for drugs that are reimbursed me, which is important, and even less in a pharmacy frequented by my family. I nevertheless salute the kindness of the girl who served me unlike his superior. My level of disappointment is such that I will not come back here anymore, although I really appreciated this pharmacy and some of the staff.
