Staff at the top welcome with a smile but bad library, too much noise. We cannot read or study quietly.

It's okay there is a nice view, but the entrance is really left fallow

Library badly insulated for years, too hot in summer and cold in winters. No effort to remain open during the partial pre-review period. (library closed all week)

this library is very quiet, the reception staff are dynamic and kind. the place where I spend more than 5 hours per to work.
