Friendly and competent staff (hence the 2 stars) On the other hand, a delivery that should have been made in 3 days took 3 weeks, nothing in the tracking tool, no explanation before we realize (after 2 weeks and 4 mails to the sender who forwarded to their branch in the sending country) that the pallet had been sent by mistake to the wrong place ... Very professional all that .... 0 on communication
