Having trusted this company for my move, their employees broke a large part of our furniture (5 in total) photos to support I speak to the representative who tells me to send an email to the manager telling him the facts, This one answers me to make an estimate of the damage by my insurance and to send him with a copy of the invoices (who keeps their invoices after guarantee?). To know also that the move had to be done over 2 days and that we had to take a hotel room at our expense because the furniture will not be reassembled the same day, what a surprise when the workers leave at the end of the morning to move our room up to our new accommodation so we could have avoided these additional costs. We even put our things on the wardrobe in the boxes provided for this purpose (which is quite normal) but the workers took the initiative without telling us to do it themselves. One of the workers then took the liberty of commenting on the designer clothes found here. Despite all this they left with the check covering their entire service (including breakage of course) I did not ask for much, just a small compensation of 300 euros covering the repair costs by me and the hotel room. Frankly disappointing

Very happy with my move yesterday, professional and friendly movers, serious work, well protected furniture. Correct price for the quality of the service.

Nickel work, fast and neat, no damage. Everything was very well packed and protected. Very friendly and efficient team. A big thank you to all of you 👍👍

The movers wanted to bend my mattress spring while springs it does not bend especially !! Then when we arrived in the apartment they broke the chandelier of the entrance in front of us which impacted the table which was just below they stipulated the damage on paper but did not want to compensate the damage caused ... I advise against this company that did not know how to be a commercial damage

The movers and the commercial were very friendly and professional no problem. On the other hand the prices are high after being informed (too late that it is my fault) you can found much cheaper. Pay 600 euros for a small apartment and a few miles is too expensive I do not dare to imagine how much it would have cost me if I had moved to another city!
