Used to the brand, I decide to make a purchase on the internet. Usually well received in the Auchan gallery store, I go there serene. A friendly saleswoman gives me my package. I open it in front of the store and a brown stain appears inside a piece of clothing. I'm going back to the store to report it. The manager asks her colleague to check if there is the size in the store to make an exchange (nice!). Problem, there is none. She tells me I have to either make a return or wash it because it looks like it's chocolate .... The stain was so small that even my little two-year-old could not have done it (yes, when he stains often we see at least one finger!), Especially since she told me this without looking at me and as if I bothered her more than anything else ... Embarrassed and angry I no longer go to this shop since then, but the one in Boulogne. They are friendly there whether the purchase is made in store or on the internet!
