Big price difference between this specialized store and large distribution. No advice provided, visit not very pleasant. We will not come back to that.

I agree with all the negative opinions of people, the lack of stock, a lack of ease of ordering, the slowness of everything, prices not very competitive, we are often invited to order online: additional shipping costs. The saleswomen are not all friendly, it is very random, the man himself was always pleasant,. The biggest problem: beware of return or exchange deadlines: you have 7 days, day to day to exchange (this is not written on the receipt and null by the way, because on the site, it is registered 14 days). Here I was offered a gift on October 25, people bought it on October 20 (it is rare to see people who gave a gift on D-Day), on October 30 the store was closed for containment. Today as soon as they re-opened, I went there to get a credit, they refused because I had exceeded the 7 days, despite the confinement. Even though I showed them that the law provided for a minimum of 14 working days for a return, they did not want to hear anything (especially since the majority of the big chains foresee 1 month of return, and sometimes even 3 months during the covid period), and in addition here, we are not talking about seasonal items, it is more or less timeless childcare equipment. A lack of commercialization, of stock, of a smile, and if you want to offer a gift, forget about this channel, if you see the person 7 days later, or they are still in the hospital, they will no longer be able to exchange ! For a chain that sells to parents, they should know that 7 days in the life of a parent with a newborn baby is unplayable ...

I am delighted with my purchase on Aubert. Item ordered easily, shipped the next day and received the next day, with items in perfect condition.

This sign is a real show! Buying a park for our little boy has turned out to be an obstacle course. Delay in delivery, product completely broken down on receipt and reimbursement after 4 months of reminders from the Boulogne store and unreachable customer service ... formal notice by LRAR is therefore the only way to communicate with Aubert. Pitiful...

Personal probably still tired by the holidays. Rarely was so badly received and advised. An amicability course would be welcome for these ladies.
