This is the equivalent of a Currys superstore in the UK. There is a wide range of products as you would find in Currys. The pricing is competitive and there are many offers to be found on various products. The staff are very obliging and helpful. As an example I wanted to play an old dvd to see how the image appeared on a Samsung Q9 television. The sales assistant set up a dvd player on the tele I wanted to buy and allowed me to set up the tele as I wanted. This was to see if the 4k screen was producing a good picture and not highlighting any colour or definition problems. This was very useful and the time with the assistant was not rushed nor did he want to deal with anything else whilst he was helping me. I was very impressed with his customer care. If you are considering purchasing from this store then I would recommend you consider giving them an opportunity to see if they can beat any other deal you may have found. As you are no doubt aware the normal french customer service has a mantle of disinterest and lack of care but since my time living in france it has in my experience improved a great deal and in this store in particular you will find it hard to beat as it would appear that their goals are to ensure they provide a good customer service and take an interest in their customer needs. In closing I did buy my television from them and I have no regrets in doing so.

This store has a wide range of household items. The price is average but keep your eye open for their bargains. These are available all year and especially during the sales periods. French sales are set by law and can only be for a predetermined time usually in January and June. Good after sales service which is not always easy to find in France.
