I do not recommend that we called the sales representative for a quote. Having found our way of life too modest or our house not uper enough to his liking, the gentleman then allowed himself to go directly to the cheapest stairs more without trying to know our budget. To top it off, we never got the quote. Unprofessional and arrogant.

Hello, this or these craftsmen remove negative opinions. Would they be afraid of having their reputation tarnished? This shows only one thing: that they are wrong, because an honest craftsman will never suppress any opinion whatsoever. Although aesthetic, we have randomly discovered poor workmanship being well hidden (blows under the steps, against walking off, guard not aligned, etc ...) but that several months after the installation of a staircase costing certain sum. I invite potential customers to be vigilant and review the work before payment and redo if the work is done in the rules of art. Seeking the craftsman of quality becomes difficult nowadays. Try manual work, or alternatively, take the time to find out. My message is not defamatory on the contrary, not calling for hatred or otherwise. It only reflects reality. There is always a possibility of "arranging" things. I could also tell you other stories. Cordially. PS: Happy Christmas and New Year to all and especially be and / or stay alert.
