We were well accompanied initially, but what was our stupefaction and our dissatisfaction when we discovered D-Day at the funeral home that the coffin of the person of my family was exposed not in a funeral home (since we do not NOT proposed !!!) but in a box, between sinks and garbage! In addition the staff pressed us, barely 2 minutes and we were asked to leave quickly. This episode has disturbed us a lot and is even more difficult to accept in this painful period we are going through. I am very sorry for the last image I take of the person I lost.
