Order Canadian boards for a specific date, obliged to raise several times to get the order progress, once on the spot to recover, not in accordance with expectations, no effort to find an alternative, no excuse. Now I only have a few hours to find a stock of boards, return to pick it up, etc ... I am very disappointed.

On my 5 woods to order 50cm in almost the 3/4 of the logs was soft see rotten, the last 1/4 which was good quality logs measured 60cm so impossible to put in my fireplace. Ashamed !!!! First and last time for me, I do not recommend this company !!!
